Peach Crisp
What better way to enjoy fresh summer peaches than in this easy and delicious recipe for Peach Crisp. I make it every year and am never disappointed. It can easily be modified if you're Gluten Free. So, grab some peaches and let's bake!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease one 9 inch round baking dish or 8 individual ramekins.
In a medium bowl combine filling ingredients and add to baking dish.
Mix dry topping ingredients and add melted butter stirring until crumbly.
Spoon topping over the fruit mixture covering most of the fruit.
Bake the 9-inch dish for 35 - 40 minutes. Bake ramekins for 25 - 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
* To make this Gluten Free:
Use 1 Tablespoon of Tapioca in place of the Filling flour.
Use 1/3 Cup Almond Flour in place of the Topping flour.
