Maple Roasted Almonds

These Maple Cinnamon Roasted Almonds are a delicious and nutritious snack. You might want to double the recipe because they won't last long! 

 1 cup slivered almonds
 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 sea salt (optional)

Preheat over to 325 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium bowl mix almonds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

Spread on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

Cool and store in a glass jar or container.
